Fort Half Moon you say?
Whether you come to the Somerville area for business, to attend training at nearby Texas A&M, or to fish or boat on beautiful Lake Somerville, Fort Half Moon is an excellent place to stay! we have four Double Guest Rooms and four Standard Guest Rooms. Doubles will sleep four easily, with accommodations for more if needed! Singles are cozy getaway bungalows perfect for two! All rooms have kitchenettes with refrigerators, and free DirecTV access! RV spots are limited, always call ahead for availability. There are loads of stately oaks to tent camp under, and some spots have electricity. W have recently added a DOUBLE FILTERED WATER SYSTEM. Our water is now crystal clear and wonderfully pure! Also inside The Fort is The Half Moon Saloon, a great place to grab a cold brew, and some of Texas' hottest musical acts, too! Always Biker friendly, always fun!

?? Hotter N Hell ??
Well, lots of folks have called, emailed, whatever to ask where Hotter-N-Hell will be this year. I guess it's time I made it official and let everyone know
There will be NO Hotter-N-Hell this year- maybe never again.
We had a great 13 year run, met some new friends, had some fun, and never did manage to burn down a hotel! Lack of a proper hotel to host us, weather, competitions from venues that a few years past ran motorcycles off (and riders go there any way...hmm), and many other reasons I have decided to take a year off and pontificate... We may be back in 2110, we may change format all together and come back as something else. I simply don't know.
We no longer post pictures because some woman ALWAYS calls and threatens a legal action of we don't pull her picture. This, I remind you, after signing a photo release and seeing.....Ohhhh I don't know, a thousand cameras flashing while she was. Wake up to the 21st century. If you do it in public, it may get way public.
To those of you that attended in the past - Thank you for coming. It was a wild ride!
There will be some kind of party that weekend at Fort Half Moon. Smaller to be sure, but no less fun.
